Discovery of the unicist ontology of timing

To achieve goals influencing the environment it is needed to work with an adequate timing. Timing is adequate when it is synchronous with the actions that are needed to provoke a reaction.

The research was developed at The Unicist Research Institute and was led by Peter Belohlavek.

Timing is the use of the necessary acceleration with the necessary speed to achieve the synchronicity with the external reality in order to produce a predefined result.

A swing in golf is a “paradigmatic” example for those who play golf or know what golf is. In golf there has to be a timing integrating the stroke, the mass of the ball, the mass of the stick, the player, the field, the weather conditions and the place of the hole.

This appears obvious, but it requires having all these aspects in the mind of the player. These are some of the golf fundamentals.

The swing cannot be forced, it has to flow. It only flows if the player manages the necessary fundamentals while s/he “just does it”.

The same conditions are given in businesses. You need to know the objective and have the necessary acceleration to develop influential actions at the proper time. Your speed will be given by the functionality of your competencies.

It has to be considered that timing cannot be forced, it has to flow. Managing actions based on their fundamentals is the driver of timing in any field.

Business strategies require maximal and minimum strategies that need to be integrated using unicist thinking

Unicist universal strategy is defined as the conscious action to influence an environment to achieve an objective.

This objective implies growth. The procedure to develop a strategy is defined by its taxonomy.

Strategies always include the following agents: the individual or organization, a “competitor” and a “client”. Competitors are those who are willing to occupy the same vital space. Clients are those who receive the added value one delivers.

The client can be the whole environment as an entity or an individual.

Unicist Thinking defined the new paradigm of Decision Making

The purpose of a decision making process is to be able to make decisions that are justified and grounded. This requires a unicist thinking process in order to be able to integrate justifications with foundations.

Decisions are produced because they are needed. When there is no need to decide, the decisions become just a utopia the individual has in mind to deal with reality.

That is why decisions exist when they are implemented. If not, they are just an alternative that will be considered when time for decision making comes.

To avoid fallacies with paradoxical results in decision making, we need to integrate justifications with groundings, avoiding the exertion of  power to impose one’s justifications.

Unicist Technologies in the US Market

From May 2010 on, the US Market of Unicist Technologies will be locally managed. There will be three different organizations dealing with the US Market:

1) Business Diagnostics
2) Healthcare Technologies
3) Graduate Programs

1) The Business Diagnostics organization will deal with business diagnostics in the 62 main markets where the ontological structure has been researched and developed by The Unicist Research Institute.

2) Healthcare Technologies deal with growth strategies, continuous improvement and change management.

3) The Graduate Programs delivering Unicist Strategy Technologies to deal with the nature of businesses will be managed as  medical residencies. These programs will be provided worldwide from the US.

There will also be individual Unicist Diagnostics Centers to cover the needs of the US Market.

Transistors emulate the unicist ontogenetic intelligence of nature

The notorious functionality of transistors is based on their emulation of the functionality of nature. The discovery of  semiconductors was needed to make this “invention” possible.

See the history of the transistor at: http://nobelprize.org/educational_games/physics/transistor/history/

This implies that the knowledge of the fundamentals of transistors, which is beyond their mechanics, is what makes them expand the boundaries of their functionality and their “mutations”.

If you want to access the basics of the unicist ontogenetic intelligence of nature you can access it free at: http://www.unicist.org/deb_uoin.php

Unicist Business Objects are also based on the ontogenetic intelligence of nature. Thus transistors and unicist business objects are homologous.

One of the functionalities of unicist business objects is to work as “transistors” of business processes.

This is not easy to apprehend; it requires a double dialectical thinking approach.

Unicist Pilot Testing and Unicist Thinking to confirm business decisions

Pilot testing is necessary to confirm the accuracy of business decision. But when problems are complex, pilot testing is a “must” in order to avoid mind traps.

The fundamentals of Unicist Pilot Testing were developed by Peter Belohlavek at the Unicist Research Institute.

Pilot testing are not trial and error activities. They require a precise design defining both destructive and non-destructive tests. Destructive tests allow defining the limits of a specific knowledge and non-destructive tests define its validity.

Pilot testing must begin with destructive tests in order to define the boundaries to develop the non-destructive tests. Unicist thinking proves the supplementation and complementation laws that allow designing these pilot tests.

People who do not do spontaneous pilot tests when focusing on a complex problem are not prepared for assuming the responsibility for producing results.

Pilot tests allow confirming the knowledge of the fundamentals of a problem. They are actions that promote actions.

Unicist Thinking / Human action is driven by fundamentals

There is a huge difference between action and movement. Action implies functional movements to achieve results. But movements are not necessarily functional. Actions must follow the synchronicity of the actual reality.

That is why individuals need to have a final picture of what has to be achieved in their “long term” memory in order to be able to follow the timing of reality.

This final picture is defined by the fundamentals of what is being achieved. Therefore individuals who do not have the final picture (the fundamentals) cannot assume the responsibility for producing results. Their commitment is with the task and the movements they make become an end in themselves.

Knowing the structure of the fundamentals involved in an objective is what makes action possible.

The apprehension of fundamentals requires assuming the responsibility for results, investing the necessary energy to learn and focusing on the solution. That is why military say “hard training, easy combat”.

“A journalist mentioned that a certain basketball player was extremely lucky in the last match.
The basketball player answered:
Yes, you are right I was very lucky; the more I train the luckier I am.”

Presentation of the Unicist Conceptual IT Design Methodology (UCITD)

The first integrated unicist conceptual IT approach was implemented at Renault in 1985. Since this first integrated approach IT was always a core aspect of the unicist technologies.

“Technologies ensure results but people make the difference” has been the motto for many years.

The version 9.0 of the Blue Eagle X-pert System, the Unicist Business Search Engine and the automated Business Intelligence of the Unicist Confederation were the triggers to open the Unicist Conceptual IT Design Methodology to the market.

The UCITD has been integrated with the Extreme Design – Back2Back methodology in order to accelerate and optimize design processes.

This methodology has been transformed into knowledge objects in order to sustain the conceptual IT design integrated with the use of organizational objects.

Diego Belohlavek, the Expert System Manager of The Unicist Research Institute coordinates this business.
