Object Driven Image Building implies credibility building

The Unicist Standard in image building uses business objects as a part of the credibility building process. The objective is to build a catalyst to accelerate commercial processes in business.

Image building begins with the demonstration that something unique can be produced. This expectancy needs to be proven after this demonstration happened.

To use business objects when building images it is necessary that the organizers be able to separate their inside from the outside and the functional reality from the perceived reality.

This process is simple but not easy when companies are small. It requires having previously separated the role of the business from the role of the owner.

Paradoxically, this is simple and easy in large companies that already have a powerful image, and difficult in small companies where the owner and the company are one.

Benchmarking General Electric: The Nature of Innovation

Managing the nature of innovation is basic when dealing with growth. This is something General Electric manages since the era of Thomas Edison.

The Unicist Standard in Innovation Management deals with the object driven technologies that are necessary to manage innovations.

You will find the information on the nature of innovation between the lines of Jeff Immelt’s lecture, CEO of G.E:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YOEwYAXH10

Next week we will be providing the ontology of innovation in order to help benchmark General Electric.

Design Strategies and make your client pay for them

Unicist object driven technologies make the development of accurate solutions possible. Sell the idea and make your client pay for her/his solution.  The Unicist Standard gives you a secure environment to deal with the fundamentals and the technical aspects of businesses.

The Unicist Strategy Programs at The Unicist Corporate University are analogous to medical residencies. Dealing with business strategies, diagnoses, scenarios and action plans in business cannot be solved with case studies. Case studies are autopsies, that are necessary to learn the “language”, but only “live” cases can be the basis for approaching strategies, diagnostics and scenario building. Unicist technologies manage reality based on its nature. Therefore, only “live patients” and real cases with personal involvement make the learning of unicist object driven technologies possible.

The Unicist Approach to Individualistic Business Governance

Individualistic companies are naturally artists or solopreneurs. When they are artists the business man / woman is their agent.

When they are solopreneurs they just sell what they need. Individualistic companies cannot grow because they do not do what the market demands, they do what they want to do.

Individualistic governance drives naturally towards extinction or bankruptcy. They inevitably die with the “owner”.

The Art of Negotiation – The Unicist Standard

Although there is an object driven strategy that can be designed and developed, negotiating is an art because of the subjective aspects that are involved.

Negotiation implies integrating the interests of individuals or institutions that are divergent. For this purpose, a superior convenience needs to be found.

A unicist negotiation strategy requires achieving an agreement at different levels:

The levels of negotiation are:

1)      The negotiation of the roles: It implies defining the acceptance of the roles of the participants in a negotiation.

2)      The power negotiation: defining the destruction and construction power of the participants.

3)      The business negotiation: defining the value added by each part.

4)      The negotiation of the complementation: defining the activities to be developed in order to sustain complementariness.

Institutional negotiation requires different roles that have to be covered.

Aesthetics is the core of Steve Jobs’ business approach

Apple’s success is based on the capacity of perceiving the latent needs of the market and delivering original innovative solutions.

We hope you made the effort to learn from Steve Jobs about Apple’s fundamentals as we proposed.

If you still haven’t done the “homework” we recommend watching the video before following the reading of the answer to the questions posted:

http://unicist.net/it/learning-from-steve-jobs-apple%E2%80%99s-fundamentals/

We consider that the core fundamental of Apple is aesthetics. But aesthetics is not beauty. It goes beyond.

Apple products are aesthetic because they complete the needs of their prospect clients, they are desirable and harmonic. They also include inaccessible aspects that basically deal with innovative technology.

It can be said that the integration of an innovative technology with the fulfillment of latent needs are the core fundamentals that drive Apple’s business.

Steve Jobs is a doer himself

“Doers make things happen. Therefore, more than ever before, it is time for doers in the world.”

Doers are very special individuals. They are basically individuals whose fulfillment is based on doing transcendent things. They need to achieve what they have decided to do. When things cannot be done the easy way, they find the necessary path to make things happen.

“The world is built by doers and enjoyed by followers”. The joy of doers is in the deed itself.

We hope this has been useful.

The unicist standard applied to business growth

Businesses are an example of adaptive systems that require dealing with their integrity in order to influence them to achieve objectives. It is necessary to accept that a high level of energy has to be invested to make business grow.

Going beyond the boundaries in order to expand a market is an effort that requires being able to add more value and focusing on the segments that are more receptive.

Maximal strategies are the driver of growth and they require managing the fundamentals of the market and of the company that wants to grow.

What are the Catalysts of the Unicist Standard?

A process catalyst is an object that drives a reality, accelerates its “process” and avoids entropic behaviors within the limits of the problem established by the inhibitors.

Catalysts are systemic objects accelerating an energy generation process without being part of the system they catalyze.

Entropy inhibitors are operational objects inhibiting the entropy of an energy generating process.

Inhibitors are functional objects inhibiting or limiting the existence of a process.

The acceleration of organizational expansion requires catalysts. The avoidance of contraction requires entropy inhibitors.

Catalysts are a necessary tool for the natural organization of complex processes. They are self-evident in mature cultures and rare in immature societies.

Natural Laws of Strategy: The Unicist Standard in Strategy

Every strategy requires minimum and maximal strategies. The minimum strategy depends on one’s action and the maximal strategy is driven by the market.

Peter Belohlavek’s e-book provides the natural laws of business strategy. We strongly recommend downloading and printing this book in order to use it as a bedside book until you manage the natural laws of business strategy.

It will shift your business life.

Some of the laws follow as an example:

  1. One is responsible to make strategies work.
  2. The opportunity to achieve maximal strategies depends on the markets.
  3. In the long run, those who only have maximal strategies will achieve their implicit minimum strategies.
  4. In the long run, those who only have minimum strategies will disappear.
  5. …..

Toyota’s security incident is the trigger for BUY AMERICAN

American automotive industry’s reactivation needs a BUY AMERICAN. This is a natural business accelerator in free markets.

The structural change of the industry that became evident in “Detroit’s automotive show” integrated with the conjunctural security problems in some Toyota products, demonstrate that an implicit or explicit BUY AMERICAN is the next step in the US automotive industry.

Revenues will demonstrate it.

The US scenario, made using the unicist standard for future research, shows this change of habits.
