Toyota’s Evolution Conflict

The quality problems that arose in Toyota’s car business will be the driver of their upgrade.

Toyota necessarily had a problem with the destructive tests in their production area. This is an implicit weakness of quality leaders.

Fallacious destructive tests not only destroy products but also images, money and egos.

Market followers do not have this as an implicit problem but as an explicit one.

There is no doubt that Toyota will pay the price, extremely high, and will upgrade their business.

The origin and research of the Unicist Market Segmentation

The objective of the research was to find the natural segmentation implicit in buying processes. This allowed the development of the Unicist Standard.

Applications and research using Unicist ontological Market Segmentation were carried out in the fields of: the marketing of products and services, risk management, human relations, and social and political behavior.

The research integrated anthropological invariables with functional drivers, psychological typologies, lifestyles and product concepts.

The Unicist Market Segmentation is based on the “Unicist Ontology of Evolution”. The essential concept of a market segment is given by the conceptual structure of the unicist anthropology. The final outcome was the Unicist Standard for Market Segmentation.

Invitation: Social Networks as a Marketplace

The Unicist Research Institute invites companies to integrate Market-Labs Consortia to develop the use of Social Networks as market catalysts.

The Unicist Market-Lab has been opened to develop Business Consortia after 3 years of using, monitoring and researching the functionality of Social Networks. The research was led by Peter Belohlavek.

It has been demonstrated that Social Networks besides working as a market channel work also as market catalysts for a broad spectrum of products and services.

Four social networks have been considered as paradigmatic examples of their segments: Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing and Twitter. Google has developed from a search engine to a “Multi-minority” Social Network.

In this first step we estimate that the business to be catalyzed using Social Networks exceeds 5,000 billion dollars.

The Unicist Research Institute invites companies to integrate Market-Lab Consortia to use Social Networks as sales catalysts.

Unicist Strategy Program for Graduates

The Unicist Strategy Programs at The Unicist Corporate University are analogous to medical residencies.

Dealing with business strategies, diagnoses, scenarios and action plans in business cannot be solved with case studies.

Case studies are autopsies, that are necessary to learn the “language”, but only “live” cases can be the basis for approaching strategies, diagnostics and scenario building.

Unicist technologies, synthesized in the Unicist Standard, manage reality based on its nature. Therefore, only “live patients” and real cases with personal involvement make the learning of unicist object driven technologies possible.

The business model of Twitter is still a mystery

Twitter is still building the critical mass of its business before making its business model transparent.

There is no doubt that it will be simple and original. An Avant-garde Social Network needs being original.

Diana Belohlavek: Ethical Intelligence in Business

This lecture presents one of the major breakthroughs in the field of human intelligence carried out at The Unicist Research Institute.

Ethical intelligence is the basis for: 1) Added Value Generation; 2) Individuals’ influence on the environment; 3) Time management; 4) Strategic planning capacity and 5) Focusing.

Ethical intelligence establishes the game rules to run businesses.

Different activities require different rules. If you have a lower ethics than the one that is required by the business you will be downgrading it and losing market share. If you have a higher ethics than what is required, you will lose market share and also money.

Understanding the Archetype of the USA

The archetype of a country defines its structural scenario. This allows defining the real possibilities to develop stable businesses.

The Unicist Reports on archetypes are coordinated by Peter Belohlavek using the Unicist Standard for Future Research.

The clash between the German culture and the culture of the USA was not a minor problem in the failure of the merger between Chrysler & Daimler Benz.

Unicist archetypes define the fundamentals of cultures allowing apprehending the possibilities of developing stable businesses. Fundamentals need to be complemented with the hard information of the economic and social aspects that can be accessed at reliable sources (i.e. The Economist).

The Unicist Reports are available for the following countries:
