Business Growth: Cowards do not make history

Strategies are complex problems that have to be solved grasping reality in its oneness. The Unicist Standard provides the necessary solutions.

That is why any business strategy fosters four fears:

1) The fear of ridicule because one is going beyond one’s boundaries and does not speak the foreign language.
2) The fear of failure because one is interpreting the needs of the market in an alien territory.
3) The fear of rejection because one is making proposals in strange territories.
4) The fear of success because one might feel not deserving it.

Brave strategists are not those who feel no fears, but those who are able to deal with them.

The antidote is very simple: knowledge.

“If we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known, that we are at all times ready for War.”

George Washington
