Global crisis: Palliatives worked, it is time for the cure

The financial crisis of 2008 was not just one more crisis. It is a structural crisis where the roots of the capitalist system have been threatened. It was researched at The Unicist Research Institute.

The history of the crisis has two basic preconditions and two main triggering causes. The preconditions are the fall of the communist system and the use of consumerism in order to sustain scarcity as an economic driver.

The two triggering causes were the technological plateau and shareholders dominance in economic organizations.

The palliatives avoided the collapse of the economy but did not solve the problem in developed countries.

Unicist Efficacy defines the possibilities for success

Efficacy is the capacity of individuals to produce results in a responsible way. This implies that efficacy requires awareness of what one is doing.

That is why we do not talk of efficacy when evaluating individual art.

The fundamentals of efficacy can by defined as:

The identification with the role: Efficacy requires that individuals are identified with the role they are fulfilling when they work. The role can be defined as the social identity of the individual.

The identification with the task: Efficacy requires having the necessary competencies to develop a task that allows enjoying the work.

Knowledge: Knowledge implies having the necessary “knowledge objects” to do the work stored in the long term memory.

The efficacy of individuals can be calculated using the mathematics of the Unicist Logic:

Unicist Efficacy = I(R) * I(T) * K

Individuals need to assume the responsibility of working in the field of their efficacy which defines the limits of the possibilities for assuming responsibilities to produce results.

The Unicist Standard in Business implies the use of Object Driven Organization, Management and Strategy.

It has to be accepted that Innovations are never desired; they are just needed or not needed.

Ontogenetic Intelligence to develop Artificial Intelligence

The discovery of the Ontogenetic Intelligence of Nature made by Peter Belohlavek allowed approaching the dynamics of adaptive systems and their evolution and made the development of a non-dualistic artificial intelligence possible.

This discovery produced a breakthrough in complexity sciences, allowing the development of a non-dualistic artificial intelligence that integrates the purpose, active and entropic function and energy conservation function that define the concept of an object to define its ontology and possible evolution.

Until now only the dualistic thinking could be emulated using an implicit dialectical approach. Now the discovery of the double dialectical functionality of nature and its rules of evolution allowed developing the unicist logic that makes possible the emulation of the integration of this double dialectics and the management of the ambiguity of adaptive systems.

The double dialectical approach that integrates the purpose with the active function and the purpose with the energy conservation function opened a new level of Artificial Intelligence to deal with adaptive systems.
