Unicist Segmentation: Understanding a prospective client

To understand prospective clients or to deal with others talking to them and not to oneself, it is necessary to be able to introject the client or the counterpart one is dialoguing with.  Introjection implies finding in oneself the role of others.

People who are oriented towards value adding do this naturally. People who are trying to profit from the environment need to learn to act before this becomes a habit.

The unicist ontology of segmentation provides the information of what people need to find in themselves in order to influence the environment based on the true knowledge of others’ needs.

Business Functionality of Ethical Intelligence

The discovery of ethical intelligence opened new possibilities to influence individuals’ evolution. Ethical intelligence in business defines the value adding possibilities, the influence on the environment, time management, strategic planning and focusing.

The apparent paradox is that it is the deepest intelligence of the human mind, but at the same time it is the intelligence that evolves with the maturity of individuals and can be influenced.

It has to be considered that in the business world different activities require different ethical approaches in order to be successful. For example:

A business is consistent when the individuals dealing with it have the ethics required by the activity.

From today on Diana Belohlavek will be managing the alliances of The Unicist Corporate University with Business Schools worldwide.

The objective is to develop the Unicist Standard Technology Transfer Programs for individuals worldwide.

The technology transfer programs include:

Diana Belohlavek’s brief:

Diana Belohlavek is currently the VP for Knowledge Management & Communication at The Unicist Research Institute.
Her postgraduate studies were in research methodologies at The Unicist Corporate University.
One of the personal interests that has influenced her professional career the most has been the study of myths from an anthropological point of view.
She was a swimmer and a triathlete. Her research work has allowed her to integrate her competitive experience in sports with her personal development and institutional management.
Diana Belohlavek is a member of the Executive Committee of The Unicist Research Institute and the Unicist Confederation. She is also member of the Unicist Confedertion’s Partners Admission Committee.
She is a lecturer in the field of unicist technologies and unicist thinking. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Unicist International Conferences.

The Butterfly Company and its Cure with the Unicist Standard

Discovery of the Unicist Ontology of Butterfly Enterprises

Butterfly Enterprises are businesses that have been built with the implicit “butterfly virus” which kills the business after a conjuncture ended.

The research on the nature of the Butterfly Company began in 2001 and has  just been finished. These companies were named Butterfly because they are extremely beautiful and ephemeral for their owners.

Their main observable characteristics are the lack of: business planning, ROI and use of adaptive systems. They cannot behave as an adaptive system and depend on the efficacy of their owners.

They are companies that disappear when the external conjuncture changes or the owners die.

The companies that die with their owners are family driven companies but not family businesses.  They do not exist as independent entities and are part of the ego of their owners. They base their actions on the efficacy of their members and cannot deal with efficiency.

The purpose of “Butterfly Enterprises” is to profit from the market. The conjuncture provides the necessary justification for their actions to obtain profit and the power they exert is put into action by the need to transfer their costs and risks to others. Therefore they cannot develop maximal strategies to grow.

Butterfly enterprises suffer from a self-valuation syndrome that hinders their adapting process and evolution.

Their cure implies generating additional added value to the market, increasing the objectivity of their procedures and institutionalizing the organization. Unicist Object Driven Organization provides a structural cure to “Butterfly Enterprises”.

Focusing on Solutions for the Object Driven Organization

Focusing on Solutions is a pre-requisite to be able to use Unicist Business Objects.

It is necessary to have envisioned a solution in order to understand the process to produce results.

Objects, such as the autopilot of a plane, do not substitute pilots. They save energy optimizing the flying process, but they need to be substituted when the external conditions become extreme.

Egocentrism, fallacious thinking and neurosis produce a parallel reality that hinders the use of objects. To avoid confronting with the actual reality they transform objects into a threat.

The Use of Unicist Business Objects emulates the organization of nature; therefore their implementation requires organizational maturity: Focusing on the solution is a proof of maturity.
