Hyperrealism in business: Organization by Results

The Unicist Hyperrealism is an approach to businesses, considering them as adaptive systems and managing their unified field with the context to ensure the results to be achieved.

Hyperrealism is necessary to approach the expansion of businesses. It requires managing the unified field of a business, the short and long term strategies and the use of the “Organization by Results” meta-model.

Organization by results is the organizational meta-model that allows upgrading businesses driving them towards a superior level.

This approach is basic to expand the boundaries of businesses and to manage the adaptive systems of companies.

It requires using business objects to ensure the adapting capacity of companies and the existence of strict operational methods as catalysts to sustain the implementation of the strategies that are designed to achieve the predefined goals.

The organization of business units, having autonomous but interdependent business platforms, is the natural organization for hyperrealism in business.
