Invitation: Lecture on Ontogenetic Maps for Personal Use

We invite you to participate in the lecture on “Ontogenetic Maps for Personal Use” on November 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time. This is the first lecture of the cycle organized by the Unicist Goodwill Network. It will be held by Peter Belohlavek, whose scientific developments opened the possibilities to manage the nature of things.

The integration of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, the anthropological invariables and human ontointelligence made the development of the ontogenetic maps possible. These ontogenetic maps are timeless meaning that they are valid as long as the function they represent exists. For example, the ontogenetic map of a lifeboat exists and remains unchanged as long as its function exists. Technologies change, cultural contexts are different but the ontogenetic map of the lifeboat remains the same.

Watch live streaming video from unicistgoodwillnetwork at livestream.com

The lecture will begin 11/25 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time sharp. At this time please enter here.

Ontogenetic maps are cross-cultural because the integration of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature with the anthropological (cultural) invariables defines the nature of a function in synthetic language.

On the one hand, this makes the unicist ontological structures self-evident in any culture and, on the other hand, it makes the ontological algorithms that define the ontogenetic maps, be perceived as logical because they follow the natural way something needs to be developed.

Discovery of the Ontology of Consciousness

The ontology of consciousness to deal with personal development was discovered after 35 years of research at The Unicist Research Institute.

The research was led by Peter Belohlavek and the final confirmation process included participants in the United States, Germany and Argentina.

This knowledge allows helping people to expand their possibilities avoiding the esoteric, rationalistic and subjectivist approaches. It also allows defining the limits of these possibilities.

We would like to acknowledge the Universität Heidelberg and the University of Minnesota for their empirical and physiologic researches in this field.

This establishes a new starting point to deal with human behavior. A book on this subject will be published in December 2011.

What are unicist ontogenetic maps in business for?

Business growth requires dealing with businesses as adaptive systems in order to be able to extend their boundaries.

Example of ontogenetic map for negociation design

Ontogenetic maps are a conceptual GPS to generate solutions in the field of businesses considered as human adaptive systems.

Ontogenetic maps describe the ontological algorithm of a function or the whole system. They describe the steps that have to be followed to influence businesses.

Ontogenetic maps are timeless and cross-cultural but their applicative content varies based on the available technologies and the characteristics of the environments.

The use of ontogenetic maps and their implicit unicist ontological algorithms is the input for business architecture making the building of a solid structure possible.

Business growth requires managing the ontogenetic map of the specific business and the ontogenetic map of economic growth.

Homology of the DNA of living beings and Ontogenetic Maps

    Genetic Map

The unicist ontology defines the ontogenetic map of an institution and is essentially analogous to the DNA of a living being. They both define the nature of the being, have an implicit purpose and materialize the action and the energy conservation principles.

Being aware of the unicist ontological structure that underlies and rules the behavior and evolution of an institution it is possible to define the taxonomies and action plans to ensure the functionality of an organization respecting its nature.

The difference between the DNA of different species is minimal although the physical difference might be enormous.

The same characteristic is given at the unicist ontological structure of institutions. Subtle differences generate different species.

That is why the accuracy of diagnoses of the conceptual structure of an institution is determinant. It defines its species and the possibilities and probabilities of its evolution.

Ontogenetic Maps for the genetic engineering of institutions

The Ontogenetic Map of IT Architecture

The functionality of algorithms is to provide a logical structure to understand and influence reality in a secure way.

Following ontological algorithms an individual is respecting the rules of ontogenesis.

Algorithms describe and explain the natural functionality of a reality and establish the relationships of the objects that are part of such reality based on the ontogenesis of the evolution process.

They provide the natural way to influence institutions.

Using unicist ontologies to influence institutions implies dealing with the genetic engineering of the institution.

Therefore, the use of unicist technologies in institutions is based on “change without changing”.

That means introducing changes that respect their nature and do not try to change their essential concepts.

Tweetinar on the Genetic Map of Leadership

The unicist ontological structure describes what can be defined as the genome (DNA) of leadership. The knowledge of its structure and the different categories of leaders allow defining the functionality of the leadership style of an individual and how s/he complements and supplements with others.

On September, 27 the tweetinar on the DNA of Leadership will be developed at 4:00 pm New York time and led by Diana Belohlavek.
You can register here: http://twitter.com/tweetinar_en

Leadership is based on the need to sustain one’s authority. But the participation of others is a condition of leadership. A leader is such because s/he is followed. Therefore, in terms of the unicist logic, participation is the active function of leadership and the energy conservation function is given by the power a leader has to impose her/his authority.

Leadership is one of the core aspects that define success or failure when developing strategies at an individual or organizational level. Without an adequate leader, groups tend to anarchic behavior and the objectives cannot be achieved.

This research showed that every individual has a type of leadership that is functional. The awareness of one’s leadership type is useful to understand the efficacy of a group and the effectiveness of the work that is being done.

The four types of leadership: creative, constructive, authoritarian and charismatic are functional to the management of different groups in different situations. Leadership complements define their flexibility. When leaderships are not complemented they stagnate and become dysfunctional.

Global Expansion of the Unicist Confederation

September 23, the 35th equinox of The Unicist Research Institute, was chosen to be the day for the launching of the new stage which consists of the worldwide multiplication of the Unicist Confederation. We invite you to toast on September 23, at 7:00 pm New York time (sharp).

The launching of the collection for business architecture is what allows now the participation of clients in the field of the businesses of the Unicist Confederation: http://unicist.com/ontologies/architecture/

The next stage is the final structural stage. The following stages will deal with conjunctural aspects.

Finally we are, in the Unicist Confederation business, where we needed to be. I would like to make a synthesis of the next business growth period.

Our goal is to build corporate partnerships with the major clients. That is what will expand the business. We will start dealing with 40 corporations. Partnerships are only possible between peers. This is what TURI, the Unicist Confederation and the Unicist Corporate University are about.

We have the major gravitational force that can be available for a business, which is the research of The Unicist Research Institute (4,100 until September), which continues growing. http://www.unicist.com/

We also have a live gravitational force which is Peter Belohlavek who might be one of the major scientists in the history of humanity because of the depth of his discoveries and the width of his research in complexity sciences. The discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, the unicist ontology of evolution and human ontointelligence are a demonstration of the depth of the researches that changed the world forever.

The Unicist Business Architecture is now the participative bridge between science and business, it allows everyone to influence with a grounded or groundless opinion.

From now on Peter Belohlavek will be only participating as a scientist to sustain the Unicist Confederation.

We have to become world leaders in the commercial field in six months using the power of the technologies applied to business expansion (including both growth and improvement). March 2012 is the deadline. It has to be the demonstration of an “avalanche”.

Considering the ontology of growth that is in the book of the Crisis 2008, we can say that we have all what is needed to “multiply”. Growth is the most difficult problem to be solved in business. That is why we are there, and the unicist research found the solution for it.

We invite you to toast and participate in the new stage.

Implementation of the unicist ontology of business growth

Business Growth is implicit in the architecture of a business. The context for structural growth is defined when the architecture has been designed. But it has to be considered that structural growth is in the details of the architecture and between the lines of the work procedures.

The unicist ontology of economic growth was discovered in 1989 after 10 years of research and country scenario building. Since then, its application to business growth drove to multiple experiences until it could be confirmed in 2011. The Unicist Research Institute used this ontology to grow from a pioneer in 1976 to where it is now.

The unified field of business growth, in unicist standard language, includes:

  1. A context for growth, which is defined by the implicit vision of a company.
  2. The economic growth algorithm: driven by technology, value generation and institutionalization.
  3. Synchronicity: driven by opportunity, critical mass and added value.
  4. Timing: driven by synchronicity, acceleration of actions and speed of actions.
  5. Action: driven by value adding displacement, focused energy and work.

The algorithm for growth allows, on the one hand, diagnosing the possibilities of structural growth, defining its strategy and implementing the business processes to build it.

On the other hand, it defines the possibilities of conjunctual growth. Conjunctural growth implies actions that only drive to the growth of revenue that cannot be incompatible with the above described unified field of the growth algorithm.

The role of business architects

Strategy is a universal term that has its origin in the word “strategos” meaning in ancient Greek “the art of the general”. Strategy came from military and has now spread to any planned action to achieve a predefined goal.

But it has to be considered that most military see the use of the word in other fields as heretic.

The same has happened with the word architecture which was originally used in the world of construction. The etymology derives from the word architect, “arkhitekton”, meaning master builder or director of works.

In plain language, architecture can be defined as the “master plan” to build something. Nowadays, the term is used to define IT Architecture, Business Architecture, Marketing Architecture, Sound Architecture, etc.

Of course the original users of the word consider its application to homologous fields as a heresy.

The role of architects is to define and monitor the master plan of something that needs to be built. But it has to be considered that master plans are only needed when problems are complex. That is the space for architects. There is no need of architects to build something that is simple.

Architects need to transform the open boundaries of a complex problem, accepting that they need to deal with the emptiness of an unknown solution, into a master plan that is hollow, allowing both the builder and the user to find a place within the “construction”.

Unicist Architecture approaches the nature of the open boundaries and the empty space using the ontology of the unified field of the solution which defines a structural and functional plan to make a building that is within the ontology of architecture as it was defined by Vitrivius (Century I B.C.): utilitas, venustas, firmitas: utility, aesthetics and solidity.

The architect’s role is the building of something useful and aesthetic envisioning a solution in a field that is empty and has open boundaries. Science, technology and art are the three aspects that an architect needs to integrate in order to build a true solution.

Using Business Architecture for business growth

Growth implies change. The development of virtual business units to expand businesses allows introducing the necessary changes in organizations without modifying their structure.  Change without changing is a condition for success.

Albert Einstein once said: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different result.

The ontology based and objects driven technologies have been developed to expand businesses and allow designing the architecture of a business that includes both the maximal strategies to grow and the minimum strategies to ensure results.

Unicist Business Architecture includes the fundamental diagnosis of the unified field of a business defined by its ontologies, the description of the business model, the development of the strategy to be used, the definition of the work processes and the business objects to be included in these processes.

The unicist business architecture is based on the ontological structures researched and discovered to build the necessary processes to influence the environment.

The main unicist architectures developed in the business field are:

– Brand architecture
– Business architecture
– Business Intelligence architecture
– Cooperation architecture
– Enterprise architecture
– Entrepreneurial architecture
– Financial architecture
– Human Resources architecture
– IT architecture
– Knowledge architecture
– Leadership architecture
– Learning architecture
– Marketing architecture
– Mergers architecture
– Network architecture
– Organizational architecture
– Process architecture
– Relationship architecture
– Universal architecture
– Workstation architecture

Using Unicist Business Architecture allows developing structural business solutions that foster expansion and make adaptive actions and responses easy.

Architecture and automation require ontological approaches

We define architecture as the science and art that is used to define and design the structures of a given reality.

Architecture approaches reality from two different points of view:

1) On the one hand, architecture searches for the structures that underlay a certain reality.
2) On the other hand, architecture implies a creative approach to design based on the structures of nature.

The first approach is ontological and requires a scientific approach to reality. But the second is a creativity based innovative approach.

The automation architecture is an ontology based technology. It is sustained by the unicist ontology of evolution and the unicist logic to define the ontology of the automation architecture.

This approach does not contradict the artistic approach. It is well known that two different persons propose based on their creativity, different functional solutions using the same ontology.
