But this method mostly leads to justify a reality instead of finding its groundings. The unicist “5 whys” is logic based method. It seeks to find different foundations based on different logical approaches instead of finding the whys of the preexisting “why”. The knowledge of the “why?” level achieved, defines the reliability of a diagnosis.
