Diana Belohlavek: Ethical Intelligence in Business
This lecture presents one of the major breakthroughs in the field of human intelligence carried out at The Unicist Research Institute.
Ethical intelligence is the basis for: 1) Added Value Generation; 2) Individuals’ influence on the environment; 3) Time management; 4) Strategic planning capacity and 5) Focusing.
Ethical intelligence establishes the game rules to run businesses.
Different activities require different rules. If you have a lower ethics than the one that is required by the business you will be downgrading it and losing market share. If you have a higher ethics than what is required, you will lose market share and also money.
