Unicist Fallacious Cultural Myths: Better Safe than Sorry

The fallacious myths of cultures must be shared by their members in order to pertain. They are necessary to avoid disgregation.

Better Safe than Sorry

This myth is an example of what is functional for survival and conservatism in a culture.

But when it is part of a double dialectical approach to reality, beginning with “better sorry than safe” (maximal strategy) and then following with “better safe than sorry” (minimum strategy) it provides a solution for cultural expansion.

Growing implies necessarily going beyond existing boundaries. Better safe than sorry ensures survival while it hinders growth.
