Absolute ideologies necessarily divide the environment between “us” and “them”. The building of bridges is a “deadly sin”.
Functional ideologies integrate people towards an evolution process and require democratic leaders. Absolute ideologies integrate people in absolutist environments and require autocratic leaders.
