Ontology of Evolution

Unicist Countries’ Evolution: The Archetype of Germany

Germany is a model of efficiency in the development of all its economic, social and “ecological” activities.

We strongly recommend watching the following videos:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npNnme68nKI

The German model is a unique model that many admire and that few can follow since in fact, other cultures find it difficult to keep up not only with its social discipline but also with its social and “ecological” responsibility.

All this efficiency, however, bears a price that the German culture pays for in each cycle. The efficiency and discipline, basis for any institution and for collective operation, naturally produces creativity crises.

As far as social evolution goes, Germany appears clearly oriented toward expansion, which says much of the strength of its society’s institutional values. The social values appear to be today, and relatively speaking, “always” were, very strong and very national.

A member of the German culture belongs to it whether in his own country or elsewhere in the world. The individual values in Germany are much geared toward giving precedence to the group rather than to the individual.

Germany is an influential culture

Influential cultures are naturally expansive and oriented toward the global world. That is why they develop powerful technologies to influence the world based on a superior capacity of work. This is the case of Germany that is based on the integration of the need to grow, its institutionalization and its ecological responsibility.

Its ecological responsibility includes both the environmental responsibility and the responsibility of ensuring a “vital space” for the coming generations.

Germany’s maximal strategies

The maximal strategies for the expansion of the German culture are driven by its social discipline, are based on its innovative technology and are sustained by the individual efficiency. Social discipline works as a driver for work but also inhibits innovations that might endanger the consistency of the social structure.

Maximal strategies allow expanding in the world based on a superior technological approach that opens the markets and differentiates its products. German archetypical expansion is based on the capacity to produce institutional responses to the problems organizing an institutionalized innovation sustained by individual efficiency.

This model generates naturally a structural approach that lowers the speed in the short run and is faster in the long run.

Germany doesn’t base its influence on exporting culture nor its way of life. It is based on exporting more efficient solutions for existing problems.

Germany’s minimum strategies

The minimum strategies are based on exerting the ecological responsibility in the social and environmental field to ensure the vital space for the coming generations. To do so its natural trend is to add value and its social efficiency is based on the discipline the culture has.

The value of work sustains its minimum strategy which makes the culture very powerful, considering that the value of work is what sustains the power of Nations.

To apprehend the German archetype it is necessary to share the value of “Work”. Germany is a unique example of “Work” in the Western World. This work is based on its fundamentals that define its archetype.

Understanding Cultures: The Archetype of China

The archetype of China is a unique case of a culture that has the capacity to grow based on the internal consistency of its model, a model that became complementary to the globalization process.

We strongly recommend watching the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2mRlgQKWlnQ

China’s Structure

China is a culture based on the consistency of the social and individual efforts and the capacity of accepting trade-offs to achieve the goals of the country.

The Chinese model has to be understood in itself without comparing it with other countries. It has multiple economic models working simultaneously. It is neither a communist nor a capitalist model. It uses multiple unique solutions which imply permanent trade-offs between the different models to achieve its growth.

The Communist Party can be considered as homologous to the ancient nobility in Europe but representing the interests of China as a country and the needs of its population.

Entering the Communist Party needs to be earned because within the party there has to be an ideological consistency to allow a democratic behavior. The Communist Party is the “Establishment” of China.

Confucius’ Concept

Confucianism is a functional philosophy for a culture that needs to grow in a context of an extremely large country with a large population. Order is necessary to sustain consistency.

Minorities in China have to behave within the limits of the explicit and implicit Chinese model. Censorship and self-censorship are a need to avoid that the culture loses its consistency. But although censorship becomes necessary in this context, it is also the implicit weakness of the Chinese archetype.

Cultures evolve based on their implicit weaknesses. Therefore, a generational change can be expected in this field depending on the new trade-offs the culture will make.

A Shielded Culture

China has been, is and will be a shielded archetype, protecting its culture and beliefs in order to ensure its consistency and allowing making the necessary trade-offs to grow.

This shield was represented by the Chinese Wall in the past, and now it is represented by the multiple regulations that establish the framework of the country.

Maximal Strategy

The maximal strategy of China is driven by the working capacity of the culture and the catalyst for the minimum strategy is their cultural shield that ensures the consistency of its actions. The cultural shield works as a protection from foreign influence and internal distortions.

Minimum Strategy

The minimum strategy is driven by the individual working capacity of its population. The entropy inhibitor, to ensure the achievement of growth, is the ideological shield that ensures the focus of the efforts on the objectives that are being achieved.

The personal capacity of making trade-offs is installed in the population and makes individuals extremely focused achievers.

To apprehend the Chinese archetype it is necessary to understand Doers, avoiding ideological, religious or social comparisons. China was, is and will be unique. China doesn’t base its expansion on exporting culture, but on exporting products.

Unicist Future Research: the Nature of Democracy

The video on “The Nature of Democracy: The role of democracy in political, religious, military and business institutions” is now available.

The discovery of the unicist ontology of Democracy in human behavior allowed the emulation of nature and the description of the “objects” that define Democracy. Nature is organized by objects. Understanding the behavior of nature, i.e. wolves packs, democracy can be seen in action.

This is a synthesis on the live clinic led by Peter Belohlavek as part of the Goodwill Network activities for the community.
You will be surprised by one of the most significant discoveries: the unicist ontology of democracy. You will live the nature of democracy and its applications in the political and institutional fields.

You will see how democracy, in the wide sense, is in the nature of human evolution. But you will also see the limits of democracy.

The emulation of nature in a Democratic system requires the existence of integrated objects that define the functionality of Democracy.

This video is a mind-opener in the field of macro-democracy and a breakthrough in the field of applied democracy in one’s action field.

Peter Belohlavek says that Democracy was, is and will be the most efficient way to live, work and evolve.

Understanding that democracy implies “Cooperation in Diversity” is the challenge.

Trends: Unicist Lifestyle Segmentation and Evolution

Unicist LifestylesLifestyle segmentation underlies human behavior. Lifestyles establish the parameters of normality and the “ethical mask” of a society. Describing the lifestyles of a country permits establishing the limits within which segmentations can work. Only in the case of basic human needs lifestyles are not a limit but only a gravitational force.

The unicist lifestyle segmentation is analogous to the VALS segmentation of SRI. But, while VALS uses psychology to segment people according to their distinct personality traits, Unicist Lifestyle Segmentation uses anthropological invariables and country archetypes to segment people.

Unicist Lifestyles

Lifestyles are the archetypical behavior patterns of a society and its members. These archetypes serve a group as automatisms to carry out the everyday activities that are functional to that society’s purpose.

Hence, lifestyles are the result of the integration of a society’s collective unconscious with its archetype, which define different ways of facing reality.

Archetypes resolve the weaknesses of a social group by turning uncertainties into assertive answers which guarantee the success of individual and social purposes.

An individual’s lifestyle makes him acceptable and functional to the society’s needs. It also allows him to find groups of identification across different cultures or communities.

Understanding Globalization: The Cross Cultural Invariables

Cross Cultural InvariablesThe discovery of the unicist cross-cultural invariables was necessary to understand humanity in its oneness in order to develop reliable global scenarios.

The invariables discovered were Expansion and Contraction which work as alternatives at an operational level and Security and Freedom that work as trade-offs. The gain of freedom implies losing security and vice-versa.

The myths of societies, being they functional of fallacious, provide the security framework of a culture while the utopias foster actions and establish the structure of cultural freedom.

The expansion of societies is driven by the allowances (permissions) of the collective unconscious and contraction is sustained by the collective unconscious mandates. Both aspects are taboos in a society.

These invariables, integrated following the logic of the unicist ontogenetic intelligence of nature, define the essential structure that defines the archetype of a culture.

Every culture has its own myths, utopias and taboos that define its archetype that underlies their ideological and economic models. The archetype of a culture cannot be judged. It needs to be respected.

Evolution of leading cultures and surviving cultures

Generational EvolutionThe problem of the new generations of leading cultures is naturally the feeling of inferiority complexes to overcome the existing culture if they are in a leading environment.

Individuals have two alternatives: build upon the existing establishment or compete with it. Competition drives adolescents to guilt and the response requires needing to hate the situation and the individuals involved in it.

The paradox is that building upon an existing environment is also a competition. Building upon an establishment implies modifying the structure of the implicit weaknesses of a culture. This is something feasible for the next generation unless it was educated in an individualistic environment.

It has to be considered that individualism is the most degraded state of a culture. It implies that the interests of individuals prevail over the interests of the group.

A culture involves when individualism prevails. Surviving cultures include necessarily a dominant individualism. This is not the case of subsistent cultures where the group prevails over individuals. Surviving cultures produce survivors who necessarily are multi-addictive and need to behave as fundamentalists.

Evolution implies paying prices

Accepting the validity of the establishment is a condition for evolution. Over-adaptation to the establishment implies its sanctification, and drives to the avoidance of the responsibility of improving the environment. Cultures that foster rebel individualistic behaviors necessarily generate involution. Both over-adaptation and individualistic rebellion drive to involution.

Evolution implies competing with the establishment improving what has been received in order to ensure evolution and create an own place in order to satisfy the personal needs.

The first part, the improvement of what has been received is a work with a social responsibility, the second part deals with the ego of the person who has assumed the responsibility.

A culture is in involution if individuals begin with their own egocentric desires. In both extremes, leading cultures and surviving cultures, addictions of any kind become a natural response.

Inner freedom: the driver of Swedish culture

sweden_mapThe unicist standard defines that inner freedom drives towards evolution and external freedom forces to fight against involution.

Inner freedom, a very special feature of Swedish people, is what allows them to develop an external security that leads to development rather than to distributionism.

Inner freedom, as a special characteristic, means that people have their own place, a meaning of life and of transcendence that makes them take up their own responsibilities.

Freedom implies responsibility, if that were not the case, it would be licentiousness.

Inner freedom helps that Swedish portray an attitude towards life that logically produces a twofold effect:

1)      It strengthens the strong, since these take inner freedom to develop inside out.

2)      It brings about a crisis in the weaker ones, since these do not know what to do with their inner freedom and end up clinging to external security.

Inner freedom is the only way to adapt to environments in which weather conditions are extremely harsh. This inner freedom is the nourishment of arts, science, innovation, and of social life as well as of conflicts.
