In the XI International Unicist Conference we are giving access to the basics and applications of the breakthrough technologies that manage the functionality of processes integrating the know how with the know why of adaptive business solutions. This made possible what was not possible before in the field of businesses.
The COVID-19 crisis is an accelerator of the introduction of the functionalist approach and the 4th Industrial Revolution. This crisis accelerates the development of new functional solutions.
The 4th Industrial Revolution introduced a paradigm shift that is focused on market value and is driving businesses towards a higher level of adaptability and customer orientation.
It goes beyond the systemic mindset required by the 3IR and introduces the need of using a conceptual mindset to manage the adaptability of processes.
The discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, the development of the unicist logic and of the unicist ontology, introduced a paradigm shift in sciences that allowed developing a functionalist approach to adaptive environments. This approach made businesses reasonable, understandable, and predictable.
The management of adaptive systems with open boundaries, like businesses, requires accessing their concepts and fundamentals to manage the root causes of their functionality and evolution.
This became possible due to the unicist pragmatic, structural and functionalist approach that allowed building unicist ontological tools to design the functionality of adaptive processes.
It drives businesses towards their natural organization, with or without the Internet of Things.

The introduction of the unicist functionalist approach superseding the operational approach to businesses, and the development of the unicist inference learning engine applied in adaptive environments made possible what was not possible before.

Adaptive digitization and functional design are the two basic drivers to increase the adaptability of business processes and profit from the technologies of the 4IR. They allow managing the functionality, dynamics, and evolution of business processes.

The use of segmentation and marketing intelligence is a core aspect to open new clients in B2B businesses. Image and sponsor driven marketing are two vehicles that became necessary in the 4IR. Both approaches are sustained by catalysts that ensure their functionality.

Unicist segmentation that manages the hard, functional, psychological, conceptual and lifestyle segmentations, the use of binary communications and the use of data-based and fundamentals-based AI allow increasing notoriously the speed of growth in the 4IR.
The unicist strategic approach provides the framework, tools and methodologies to foster growth. The unicist strategy program is an action-reflection-action activity that gives access to this approach.

Unidirectional actions in adaptive environments produce reactions that annul their effects. The discovery that human actions are driven by the concepts people have in their minds, opened the possibility of influencing them without generating reactions. This is what binary actions in adaptive environments made possible.

We invite you to participate in the Microeconomic driven Development project by inviting non-profit organizations to join in the effort that now becomes extremely necessary due to the COVID-19 crisis. Contact us
Microeconomics driven Development is, by definition, a bottom up project that fosters the empowerment of the cultural belonging, the value of work, the value of learning and the installation of a second opportunity ethics. It is based on developing actions, fostering roles and installing objects that work as social catalysts.
The Microeconomics driven Development Project is a transgenerational 50-year program that expects to contribute with up to 10 M new jobs, worldwide, due to the inclusion of countercyclical strategies developed by private companies and organizations.
It is ongoing, and became more significant as a complement to the short-term actions and the governmental actions triggered by the Coronavirus Crisis. It provides a countercyclical approach and a microeconomic long-term framework to accelerate the recovery of economies.
The awards are defined by an International Jury that evaluates the candidates based on three criteria: their architecture, their functionality as benchmarks and their critical mass.

The function of driving business objects is to achieve the concept that underlies their creation. To do so, they need to generate added value and have a quality assurance system that ensures the value they add. The quality assurance system can be an automated system -in case of systemic objects- or a human dependant control system -in case of operational objects. Driving business objects drive the purpose of business functions, which implies that they need to have the critical mass to influence the environment to achieve it.
Catalyzing business objects are elements of the restricted context of a system that can be used to influence other objects to accelerate their work. They are not part of the system they accelerate. Catalyzing objects are energy conservation functions of a superior level that influence the use of the energy of a system. They need to be designed with an intrinsic ambiguity in order to allow the participants to decide to accelerate. If they are not ambiguous, they do not work as catalysts and produce paradoxical results.
The purpose of inhibiting business objects is to sustain the focus of the concept that underlies the driving objects. By establishing the focus, they need to inhibit any activity that is beyond this focus. Although these objects are based on fostering a commitment with results in order to fulfill their functionality, their core aspect is the quality assurance of the focus which sustains their inhibiting activity. Inhibiting business objects establish the space where a process has to happen. They need to have the necessary critical mass to avoid changes of this space.
“The procedures that are formally established ensure the focus of the activities and sustain the credibility of the Mayo Clinic.” We recommend learning from these objects on the website of the creators.
Entropy inhibiting business objects seek to ensure that the need of a process is satisfied. Their active function is to ensure that the focus on the needs is maintained. They provide the control function of objects and are complementary with the driving objects in order to ensure that the solution of the concept is being achieved. They need to have the necessary critical mass to avoid changes in the focus on the goal that has to be achieved.
Gravitational business objects impose an authoritative context in order to foster freedom of individuals and provide a framework of security to influence individuals’ actions. They need to be based on subliminal design and an adequate level of participation in order to ensure that leadership can be accepted. They represent the wide context that influences the restricted context and thus the system. They need to be separated from the catalysts and from the objects of the system in order to work independently from them.
