Fostering an evolutionary approach
Unicist Golden Eagle

The Unicist Golden Eagle is an award that is given to all those who have developed a notorious case of a solution using binary actions to generate value in business environments. We invite executives and professionals to recommend companies for this award.

Binary actions are implicitly part of a functionalist approach to business that fosters evolutionary constructivism.

Fostering the evolution of things

100% of the business models of expansive organizations are based on binary actions that include the use of catalysts. They are intuitively used by those who need to achieve results. Binary actions are two synchronized actions that, one the one hand, open possibilities establishing a functional context and, on the other hand, close processes to generate results.

Binary actions are part of human adaptive behavior. They also exist in the behavior of animals. A binary action is an action that maximizes the achievement of results by using the influence of the environment to do something.

Fostering the Adaptability of Business Processes

To deal with adaptive environments

Using the context to do things is part of natural human intelligence. The core is being able to anticipate the consequences of what is happening in the context.

Every action of the context of an activity influences the possibilities of some actions and inhibits others. Smart people only develop adaptive actions when the context makes them possible.

Binary actions are two synchronized actions that expand adaptive systems while they ensure their results. They were developed to manage the evolution of adaptive environments by managing actions to install maximal strategies to grow and minimum strategies to ensure results.

Unicist Binary Actions

Fortunately, the discovery that human adaptive actions are driven by the concept people have, showed a way to introduce changes by developing maximal and minimum strategy actions that fit into the purpose of the concept people have.

These actions are what we named unicist binary actions that avoid reactions when they are designed to fit into the functionality of what needs to be done.
