More than 80% of the new businesses disappear within the first 2 years in the USA.

We have to consider the concepts implicit in  Sun Tzu’s sayings:

Every battle is won or lost before it is ever fought.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself,
you need not fear the result of hundred battles.
If you know yourself but not the enemy,
for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat.
If you know neither the enemy nor yourself,
you will succumb in every battle.”

If we accept the basic laws of Sun Tzu, there is no doubt that companies disappear because they really do not know what the business is about.
