The Unicist Standard in Business implies the use of Object Driven Organization, Management and Strategy.

These three object driven aspects are integrated in the Unicist Business Objects that allow transforming the business action plans into object driven processes that maximize results while saving a significant amount of energy.

It has to be accepted that Innovations are never desired; they are just needed or not needed.

They are needed when an upgrade of a situation becomes necessary.

But to be accepted, innovations need to produce an added value to overcome scarcity and need to be acceptable by the environment.
